Japanese Highball

The true reflection of the Japanese Highball, elegant, chilled and perfectly effervescent

Ingredients

  • 50mlDewar’s Japanese Smooth
  • 100mlchilled Fever-Tree soda water
  • Orange twist
  • Frozen highball glass (left in freezer)

Method

1. Fill the frozen highball glass with the Dewar’s Japanese Smooth, then fill with one long spear of ice.
2. Fill with soda, but do not stir (metal squelches the bubbles!).
3. Squeeze the orange zest oils over the top of the highball then place on top.
