Tommy’s Mule

A whisky mule drawing inspiration from the Tommy’s margarita and the Moscow mule. Tall, spicy, sweet and citrusy.

Ingredients

  • 2 ½partsDewar’s White Label
  • 4partsGinger Beer
  • ⅓partAgave Syrup
  • 4Lime Quarters

Method

1. Muddle lime in the base of the glass
2. Add whisky and fill with cubed ice
3. Add ginger beer, stir and garnish.
